Emaar, The Economic City (Emaar EC), the Tadawul-listed company developing King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Arabian BEMCO Contracting Company for installing an open-cycle gas turbine power plant in KAEC.
